May 13, 2002	One thing that has made Yo-Yo Ma's work so interesting in recent years has been the elevated level of curiosity that he seems to bring to it. He could easily conduct his career as everyone else does — and as he did until recently — playing recitals and the big concertos, and recording the cello repertory over and over. May 7, 2002	"Ning", the widely acclaimed work that Chen Yi wrote for our Hún Qiáo [Bridge of Souls] concert, was featured on one of Yo-Yo Ma"s Silk Road Project concerts on May 7 at Carnegie Hall. Further Information

April 30, 2002	"A Little Night Music" is the theme for the Chamber Music Society of Minnesota's 10th anniversary celebration set for 6:30 p.m. Sunday, May 19, at the Minnesota History Center in St. Paul. The festivities, chaired by Elizabeth Redleaf and Jean Thomson, include a concert and dinner. Tickets are priced at $100. Further Information
